Q: Do you offer payment plans or installment billing? A: Currently, we do not offer payment plans or installment billing. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed? A: Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time? A: Once processed, your order will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days (transit time), for a total delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping? A: No, we currently only ship within the United States.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to monitor your package's progress.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? A: You can return items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Q: Are there any restocking fees? A: No, we do not charge restocking fees. Returns are free of charge for items that meet our return criteria.
